Common questions
- What do I receive?
- Full source code and compiled files for every build, plus a backtest or comparison report when the job includes one.
- How do I pay?
- Through Stripe, after you accept the written quote. Reverse engineering is paid in full upfront once the file check confirms it can be done. All jobs are arranged and paid directly with us, not through freelance marketplaces.
- How long does a job take?
- Your quote states the expected delivery time. Reverse engineering takes from 1 day to 1 week, depending on difficulty.
- Can any EA be reverse-engineered?
- No. EAs that use a cloud server or real-time AI detection cannot be reversed, and success is never guaranteed. That is why the file check comes first, and why you get a full refund if, after payment, we cannot reproduce the original perfectly.
- What if the delivery does not match what we agreed?
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery and anything that misses the written scope is corrected at no charge. New features are quoted as new work.
- Do you need my trading account or password?
- No. We never ask for trading passwords or card details. You run the finished tool on your own terminal.
- Will my files be kept private?
- Yes. Your files are used only for your job. They are not published, shared or resold.
